Angry RVer blasts Thor in new website

Jason Laber is so upset about the problems with his 2016 Thor Miramar motorhome that he and his wife, Jennifer, have not only retained an attorney to represent their interests getting it fixed, but set up a website: RVintelGuru.com.

Of all the complaints about RV quality received at our sister website RVtravel.com, Thor leads the pack.

On their website, the Labers write: “We are a young, experienced RVing family residing on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. We have been RVing for 10 years. We were fortunate to have found financial means to purchase our dream motorhome, a Thor Miramar 34.3 bunkhouse in 2016. The Miramar floorplan fit our family needs and had an affordable price point. We bought it in hopes of enjoying the RV lifestyle before our kids left home. What we hoped would be a few years of fun family RVing has turned into regret, anger and frustration. We spent months of traveling back and forth to the dealer for ineffective repairs, had very little camping time and now are involved in a drawn out expensive lawsuit.”

Laber not only tells of his own experiences, but provides addresses and information about others with Thor issues as well as complaints to the Better Business Bureau.
