RVtravel.com editor Chuck Woodbury talks with Jim Bender about the unusual way he and his wife travel by RV. They enjoy taking long trips, but he likes being out far longer than she does. So they compromise, taking four- to six-week trips, then returning home without their RV, then picking it up later and resuming their adventure. Here is how they do it.

    What do they do about the refrigerator items? Do they stay plugged into electricity or leave it on propane?
